Consistent Resistance Training- Resistance training using bodyweight/free weights 3–5 days a week with increasing intensity periodically.
Drink Enough Water- Drink at least 3–5 L water depending upon age and gender.
Sleep- Get at least 7 hours of sleep. For some people, it could be more, but feel it if you are satisfied or not. If not, increase it.
Recovery- Sleep and optimal protein intake are necessary for your body to recover and repair the damaged muscles because of your intense workout. Recovery > How many hours you worked out
Start Small- Don’t get overwhelmed by going to a gym or changing your diet. Start small with whatever is available at your home and getting into the habit is important. Everything else will fall in place.
